CONNIE HILL President and Founder Senior Consultant
Connie Hill, President and Founder of VeraCentra Inc., brings more than twenty five years experience delivering strategy and execution services to the marketing community. Connie Hill’s passion for technology and process drives VeraCentra to innovate new platforms that help marketers manage the complexities of data driven, customer relevant programs and campaigns. As President, Connie Hill is responsible for charting VeraCentra’s long term strategic direction and driving daily business operations. Under Connie Hill’s leadership the company has grown from a boot strap start up to a multi-million dollar industry leader, delivering on the promise of relevant communication, at a price today’s ROI-conscious marketers can afford.
A respected thought leader, Connie Hill is a member of Forrester Research Technology Marketing Executive Council and is former chairman of the Board for the Mailing and Fulfillment Service Association (MFSA). She is also a long-term member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) and a member of NAPL, the Trade Association for Excellence in Graphic Communications Management. Connie Hill frequently speaks at sales and marketing events such as Frost & Sullivan’s Sales & Marketing Summit, Red Herring’s CMO Summit, the Engagement Expo and the National Conference of Database Marketing. Connie’s perspective has appeared in industry publications, including DM News, Target Marketing, The Journal of Communication and CustomerThink.
Prior to founding VeraCentra, Connie held positions in account management with Krueger and Associates, an agency pioneer in direct marketing and winner of over 160 industry awards, and on the client side, with Crocker Bank (now Wells Fargo Bank).
Connie holds a BS in Business Management from Regis University and a certificate in Marketing Performance Measurement from the CMO Council.

LES ISOZAKI Chief Financial Officer Senior Consultant
As VeraCentra’s CPA Les is responsible for all corporate financial management functions, including funding for new service and product development and identifying target acquisitions that support corporate growth strategy. Bringing more than 30 years of experience in financial business management, Les provides VeraCentra with significant expertise in finance, accounting, risk management, operations, technology and human resources. Les also serves as a Senior Consultant to VeraCentra clients, offering valuable insight, advice and techniques to help marketers determine return on marketing investment.
Les previously served as CFO and Controller for K/P Corporation, a marketing solutions provider, for over twenty years. Prior to K/P Corporation, Les also served as a Senior Manager at KPMG, one of the largest international accounting firms.
Les is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of California at Berkeley.

ALEX PEAKE Solutions Architect Senior Consultant
As VeraCentra’s Chief Architect, Alex brings more than 30 years of experience innovating and advancing marketing technology. With a deep knowledge of database architecture and performance-driven design, Alex is responsible for developing VeraCentra’s comprehensive MarketingPlatform® suite, VeraCentra's flagship technology product that moves marketing integration platforms from traditional legacy systems into a flexible software-as-a service model. Alex also serves as a Senior Consultant to VeraCentra clients on issues related to system architecture and system integration.
Alex serves as Data Architect for PayPal Inc., where he leads the architecture of real-time data warehousing and analytics for fraud detection. Alex also served as Chief Architect at Iron Mountain Fulfillment Services, Inc. (formerly Comac), where he successfully led the development of two generations of innovative software for marketing collateral print and fulfillment. As Product Marketing Manager of a $250 million product line at Agilent Technologies, Inc. (formerly a Hewlett Packard division), Alex orchestrated one of the most innovative and effective technology product introductions of that time.
Alex received his Masters in Physics from Nottingham University, England.

DAVID RESNICK Vice President Strategic Partners Senior Consultant
Working with VeraCentra since 1996, David is Vice President of Strategic Partners and a senior consultant. Leveraging his extensive finance, banking, and high-level project management experience, David is responsible for driving VeraCentra’s sales organization, which includes building relationship and revenue opportunities via direct and indirect sales channels, alliances and partnerships. With more than 15 years experience in business development, David’s consultative approach underscores his commitment to providing VeraCentra prospects and clients with marketing automation solutions that yield maximum value.
Prior to joining VeraCentra, David was President of RHD Business Services, offering consulting services in executive development and coaching, sales strategies, recruitment strategies, mergers and acquisitions, web utilization and business modeling. Previously, David served as Vice President, Sales and Service at Gary D. Nelson Associates, where he was responsible for creating a new division where he grew revenues in excess of 20 percent and profits in excess of 40 percent per year.
David holds a B.S. in Statistics from the University of California Davis and attended the Competitive Strategies for Service Business program at the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

DAN PLUNKETT Vice President of Service Delivery & Support
Dan brings to VeraCentra more than 19 years of dedicated direct marketing, mail and printing operations experience with a proven ability to increase efficiencies in competitive environments. As VeraCentra’s Vice President of Service Delivery & Support, Dan is focused on advancing the strategic operational direction of the company and delivering a consistent customer experience leveraging VeraCentra’s technology and service applications. Dan also serves as a Senior Consultant to VeraCentra clients on Process Design and Workflow initiatives.
Prior to VeraCentra, Dan was Senior Vice President, Operations and earlier, a Division President, at K/P Corporation where he was focused on improving operational efficiencies, increasing productivity, and achieving cost savings for seven manufacturing divisions. Dan also served as CEO of Hunter Mail Advertising where he was instrumental in driving the successful implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) practices across five California-based facilities.
Dan attended Laney College in Oakland, CA and is certified in W. Edwards Deming Institute® TQM training.
