A lifelong entrepreneur, Connie sees opportunity where others don’t. She excels at creating a unified vision and orchestrating complex execution. She puts these skills to work as President of VeraCentra, innovating new ways to help marketers maximize the value of their customer relationships. Tuned into the marketer’s struggle with silo customer data, outdated technology tools and old fashion techniques, VeraCentra provides Customer Data Hubs, Cross Channel Engagement Platforms and the Technical and Marketing Services that guarantee brands get speed to value and quick win ROI from their marketing technology investments. With a mission to pave the path so that marketers can advance and thrive, Connie has gown VeraCentra from a boot-strap start up in 1988 to an industry leader, named as a Top 500 Company in the San Francisco North Bay Area every year since 2006. A respected thought leader and industry activist, Connie has served on several boards and frequently speaks at marketing events.
David Resnick
Vice President Marketing Technology
Dave leads the team of marketing technologists and data scientists at VeraCentra. He’s a hybrid, who speaks both marketing and technology and sees the connections between them. A natural at bridging the marketing-technology gap, Dave works closely with client CIOs and CMOs to develop effective technology solutions that provide marketing competitive advantages. With a sharp mind and keen sense for data and analytics, Dave knows how to monetize data. During his 15 years at VeraCentra, Dave has led his team to create solutions for clients such as Discover Financial Services, PriceSmart and Johnson & Johnson. Dave has held leadership roles in work force management and banking and finance.
Dan Plunkett

Dan is a rare operations expert who values both a positive customer experience and operational efficiency. With more than twenty five years in marketing execution and support services working with companies such as Kaiser Permanente, Hewlett Packard, and Aetna Insurance, Dan knows how to deliver cost effective automated workflows within the tightest client budget.
Dan is a confident leader who thrives on process improvement. Certified by W. Edwards Deming Institute® in Total Quality Management, Dan has an unwavering commitment to quality and exceeding the expectations of every VeraCentra client.
Adventuresome best describes Dan. He loves to travel and learn about other cultures. His top bucket list item is to hike the 500 mile trek Camino de Santiago in Northern Spain.
